Applicants interested in working NYC's real estate market enter this program. Applicants do not need to be business or finance majors. They can, but it's not a Must! To take advantage of this program, participants come to NYC and work out of Broker Junction's office location in the Financial District (across from the Federal Reserve Bank in New York). Next to handling administrative duties, you will:

• Develop a marketing plan for clients designed to attract and address the needs of buyers and sellers
• Gather client information concerning their desired features in a home, financial standings, home types and neighborhoods of interest
• Identify properties for sale through the Real Estate Board of New York's (REBNY) multiple listing service and present them to clients
• Assist in pre-screening and qualifying all potential buyers before allowing them onto a client's property
• Assist clients as they explore their financial options
• Present all offers to clients
• Preside over negotiations and advise clients on suitable courses of action
• Set up and update Real Estate Agent profiles on Street Easy and Zillow
• Handle incoming real estate leads
• Handle administrative tasks and duties
